  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days.

Delivery times do not include processing times and are subject to carrier delays.

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We strive to ensure your order arrives safely. If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at itclothingwear@gmail.com to initiate a claim.
  • Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen packages. However, we recommend contacting the carrier or filing a claim with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.
